For a single tournament game — a scoresheet photo or a pasted PGN. Ask your kid these right after the game and type back what they say, in their own words. Not used for the online-games pull below.

1. At the point the game turned, what did your kid think was going on — what were they expecting the opponent to do? — optional

2. At their most important decision, which moves did your kid actually consider? — optional

3. At the end, did your kid think they were winning, equal, or losing — and were they surprised by how it turned out? — optional

4. Was your kid short on time, tired, or rattled at any point? Which round of the day was this? — optional

5. When did your kid realize the position had turned against them — during the game, or only afterward? — optional

What happens next

An engine reads every move, finds the turning points and the patterns costing your kid points, and writes it up in plain language. The report appears in your account when it's ready — we'll email you a link. The first report is free.
