The short version.

What you're buying

• Free first report. Send your kid's games, get one full coach-quality report back — no payment, no card.
• Full pilot — $15/month. Each month is a payment you make by hand — never automatic — and includes up to 30 full reports, first one back within 24 hours of you sending the games.
• Promo codes (like tournament codes) can grant a month free. Same month, same 30 reports, same everything below.

It's not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews. At the end of each month we'll check in — and if you renew early, the new month stacks on top of whatever time you have left. Each report is checked against a real engine before delivery.

Refunds

If the first paid report isn't worth it, email info@chessintel.app and we'll refund you in full — no argument. The pilot locks in once you ask for a second paid report, so make sure report #1 earns it before you send more games. The free trial report is, well, free — there's nothing to refund.

What this isn't

It's a coaching aid, not a guarantee of rating gains, and it doesn't replace your kid's coach. Think of it as the analysis that fills the gap between lessons.

Account holder

You must be the parent or legal guardian of the player whose games you submit. Don't share your login.
